VALENTINE’S DAY MENU

Champagne Cocktail         Pomegranate Mock-tail

To start, a choice of:

Shellfish Bisque        

  Boccocini and Tomato salad with parmesan crisp

Appetizer choices:

6 Oysters in the half shell with shallot & red wine vinaigrette and Wasabi ginger

 

Wild Mushroom phyllo tart with warm brie cream

 

Your choice of the following entrees:

Pistachio crusted Rack of Lamb with bourbon jus, minted potato and seasonal vegetables

 

Sweet Potato Gnocchi in brown butter & sage sauce topped with crispy pancetta (for vegetarian, substitute pine nuts)

 

Chicken Supreme with blood orange & basil reduction, served with Wild rice pilaf and tender veggies

Finish your meal with a dessert of your choice and coffee or tea:

Frangelico Spiked crème brulee

  Chocolate Torte with Bailey’s infused crème Anglaise  

Brandied fruit pavlova

 Ticket price, $99 per couple plus taxes and must be purchased in advance.   Cash wine and beer bar will be available on site, there are currently no interac or credit card capabilities Lakeside.
