...located in beautiful historic Downtown Almonte. Our goal at Foodies is to offer quality ingredients for cooking authentic and fine foods. We use the products we sell to create 'real' take home foods and grab and go lunches.
Foodies Fact: Shopping locally not only supports local business, but it supports the community we live in! Foodies has extended hours from now till December 24th to make shopping Almonte an easier task. We are open Friday nights till 9pm and are open Sunday from noon-4pm. On Sunday December 13, we will open early to serve up coffee and Canadian Breakfast sandwiches for the Olympic Torch Relay- Wear your RED and say it loud… “I’m Canadian and I’m damn Proud!”

Lunch 2: Roast tomato and cheese steak sub
Dinner 1: Pasta with sundried tomatoes, artichoke, olives, and prosciutto, garden greens and crostini
Dinner 2: Individual roasts of beef with rosemary and roast onion jus, potatoes and veggies
Friday November 27

Lunch 1: Classic club with basil mayo and soup
Lunch 2: Mesquite BBQ pulled pork sandwich with side salad
Dinner 1: Friday night ribs with potatoes and veg
Dinner 2: Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic w/ potatoes and veg
FOODIES FACT: Downtown Almonte is the place to shop! Check out Nordic Star this Friday evening from 6-9 pm- snacks and a chance to get a head start on the Christmas Season. While in town, why not hit the arena for the Christmas in the Valley artisan show.
