L2-  Ham and gouda sandwich with soup

D1-  Duck confit w/ balsamic glaze, potatoes and veg

D2-  Pasta arribiatta w/ garden salad and garlic loaf  

Friday October 23  

 Kitchen sink

L1- Cobb salad (chiken, egg, potato, avocado, blue cheese)

L2-  pasta primavera with sausage and crostini

D1-  Friday night ribs, w/ sour cream mashed and veg

 D2- Seared duck breast w/ fig and roast grape sauce, mashed and veg
