L2- spinach and mandarin with feta

 D1-  Roast porkloin w/ maple mustard cream, rice and veg

D2-  Pan Seared Chicken w/ cranberry cream sauce, rice and veg  

Thursday October 22  

 Yukon Gold bisque

L1-  pasta carbonara

L2-  Ham and gouda sandwich with soup

D1-  Duck confit w/ balsamic glaze, potatoes and veg

D2-  Pasta arribiatta w/ garden salad and garlic loaf  

Friday October 23  

 Kitchen sink

L1- Cobb salad (chiken, egg, potato, avocado, blue cheese)

L2-  pasta primavera with sausage and crostini

D1-  Friday night ribs, w/ sour cream mashed and veg

 D2- Seared duck breast w/ fig and roast grape sauce, mashed and veg

Lunch 2: smoked ham on rye with swiss and beer dijon

Dinner 1:  Tandoor chiken with rice and salad and naan

Dinner 2: Ham steak w/ maple cream, potatoes and veg

Lunch 1: salad w/ roast autumn fruit and brie

Lunch 2: curried pork po’ boy

Dinner 1: chicken scallopini with mushrooms, rice and veg

Dinner 2: Shrimp and crab spring rolls w/ rice , salad, and wasbi honey sauce

Lunch 1: pasta w/ sundried tomato, asiago and side salad

Lunch 2:  steak and roast tomato sub with 3 cheeses

Dinner 1: Lamb shank with whisky mustard jus, potatoes and veg

Dinner 2: Pad Thai w/ Asian salad and won ton crisps

Lunch 1: turkey club w/ soup

Lunch 2: eggplant parmesan melt w/ salad

Dinner 1: Friday night ribs with potatoes and veg

Dinner 2: Coq au vin w/ mashed and veg
