Soup: Chicken corn Chowder

Lunch 1:  Steak sandwich w/ salad

Lunch 2: Spicy Cappocola sandwich on Ciabbatta w/ soup

 

Dinner 1: Peach stuffed Pork tenderloin, wild rice & veggies

Dinner 2: Oven roasted Tomato & basil pasta w/ green salad & garlic bread

 

Thursday August 14

Soup: Gazpacho (Chilled tomato & garden veg)

Lunch 1:  Peach & brie grilled cheese w/ soup

Lunch 2: Pasta Primavera

 

Dinner 1: Beef Enchiladas, Spanish rice & re-fried beans

Dinner 2: Salmon steak with fresh peach salsa, roasted potatoes & salad

 

Friday             August 15

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1:  Sloppy Joe w/ greens

Lunch 2:  Fish-wich w/ homemade tartar sauce & soup

 

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs w/ buttery mashed & vegetables

Dinner 2:  Butter Chicken, Basmati rice, veggies & Naan bread
