Lunch 1: Roast beef sandwich w/ garlic mayo & kettle chips

Lunch 2: Toasted tomato & basil mayo sandwich w/ salad

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, roasted onion mashed potatoes & sautéed  vegetables

Dinner 2: Hunter style chicken w/ wild rice & sautéed vegetables
