Soup: Tomato & Basil

Lunch 1: Cheddar & Bacon Quiche w/ Salad

Lunch 2: Crab salad wrap w/ soup

Dinner 1: Spicy Spaghetti & Meat balls w/ Caesar & Garlic toast

Dinner 2: Braised Pork Chops w/ apple, raisin & Rum sauce, mashed potato and veggies

 

Thursday May 21

Soup: Cream of Mushroom

Lunch 1: Italian Cold cut pressed sandwich w/ salad

Lunch 2:  Cobb Salad (Egg, blue cheese, avocado, chicken)

Dinner 1: White wine Poached Sole w/ rice pilaf & Sautee of vegetables

Dinner 2: Pesto Pasta Primavera w/ greens & garlic bread

 

Friday May 22

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Chicken Satay w/ peanut sauce & rice noodles

Lunch 2: Grilled Ham & Cheese w/ soup

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Rustic Mashed w/ fresh chives, salad & bread

Dinner 2: Marinated Vegetable & Falafel Kabobs, rice, salad and Pita
