Dinner 2: Mixed Seafood & Vegetable Sautee w/ basmati rice & salad

 Soup: Potato Puree with wine & Cheese

Lunch 1: Savoury French toast w/ fresh fruit

Lunch 2: Shrimp Caesar Salad

Dinner 1: Slow Roasted Jerk pork w/ seared polenta & vegetables

Dinner 2: Pasta Carbonara w/ Caesar & Crostini

 

Wednesday May 13

Soup: Coriander & Carrot

Lunch 1: Chicken Greek Pasta salad

Lunch 2: Grilled Roast Beef on a bun w/ soup

Dinner 1: Steak & Mushroom Pie w/ salad & bread

Dinner 2: Crusted Tilapia w/ lemon caper butter, mixed rice & Julienne Vegetables

 

Thursday May 14

Soup: Cheddar baked cream of broccoli

Lunch 1: Buffalo Chicken burger w/ blue cheese and Chips

Lunch 2:  Marinated veggie wrap w/ goats cheese and soup

Dinner 1: Drunken Duck w/ Red wine reduction sauce, butter whipped potatoes & veg.

Dinner 2: Baked Stuffed Italian Eggplant w/ mandarin salad & focaccia

 

Friday May 15

Lunch 1: Pesto, tomato & provolone panini w/ soup

Lunch 2: Korean Beef sandwich

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Creamy spiced polenta & veggies

Dinner 2: Chicken Vindaloo w/ tomato & zucchini Chutney, wild rice & vegetables
