Lunch 2: Spinach & Mandarin salad with Rye croutons

     

Dinner 1: Pan seared Basa filet with wilted greens & Polenta cake

Lunch 1: Grilled Chicken and Green salad w/ honey mustard dressing

Lunch 2: Roast beef sandwich with horseradish mayo, blue cheese and roast onions

 

Dinner 1: Salmon with avocado lime sauce, wild rice and veggies

Dinner 2: Tandoor chicken with riata, wild rice and spinach salad

Lunch 2:  Tikka chicken pita with soup
