Dinner 1: Fruit stuffed Pork loin w/ mashed & maple carrots

Lunch 1: Roast beef sandwich with horseradish mayo and soup

Lunch 2: Pasta Primavera with Chicken

 Dinner 1: Chicken w/ mushrooms, Ratatouille and rice

Dinner 2: Hawaiian ham steak, scalloped potatoes & Ratatouille

 

Thursday April 23

Lunch 1: Pressed Italian cold cut sandwich w/ soup

 Dinner 1: Crusted filet of Fish w/ rice & warm wilted greens

Dinner 2: Carved beef & brandy with roasted root veggies & whipped potatoes

Lunch 1: Philly Cheese Steak

Lunch 2:  Crab salad on rye w/ soup

 Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, parsley potatoes & veggies

Dinner 2: Butter Chicken with Basmati, sautéed peppers & naan
