Lunch 1: Grilled cheese & Bacon w/ soup

Lunch 2: Spaghetti in tomato sauce w/ crostini                                  

Dinner 1: Korean style red snapper w/ basmati rice & veggies

Dinner 2: Pasta Pomodoro w/ mixed greens & garlic bread

 

Wednesday April 15

Soup: Creamed Pea

Lunch 1: Open faced tuna melt w/ soup

Lunch 2: Soup & Chef’s Salad

 Dinner 1: Chicken Chasseur w/ roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Dinner 2: Pork Scaloppini w/ tomatoes & onions, rice & vegetables

Lunch 2: Spanish omelet w/ salad

 Dinner 1: Maple mustard glazed roast pork w/ mashed potatoes & veggies

Dinner: Vegetable Curry stir-fry on noodles w/ spinach salad

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Pasta Natasha (smoked salmon & cream sauce)

Lunch 2:  BBQ Pork Po’ Boy sandwich w/ soup

 Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, garlic mashed & veggies

Dinner 2: Black Forest style Roast leg of Lamb w/ garlic mashed & vegetables
