Lunch 1: Broiled black forest ham & Swiss on Rye

Lunch 2: Garden salad w/ Soup

 Dinner 1: Penne Bolognese w/ spinach salad & herbed focaccia bread

Dinner 2: Sesame soy glazed filet of white fish w/ wild rice & sautéed carrots

 

Tuesday March 31

Soup: Potato bisque w/ roasted red pepper & sour cream

Lunch 1: Grilled bacon & Havarti cheese w/ soup

Lunch 2: Buffalo chicken wrap w/ small salad

Dinner 1: Roast pork w/ apples, mashed potatoes & veggies

Dinner 2: Wild mushroom pasta w/ salad and crostini

 

Wednesday April 1

Soup: Chicken Veloute

Lunch 1: Sun-dried tomato, red onion & havarti omelet w/ small salad

Lunch 2: BLT w/ red pepper mayo and soup

 Dinner 1: Chicken Calypso w/ savoury strawberry sauce, rice & mixed greens

Dinner 2: Individual roast beef w/ red wine jus, parsley potatoes and sautéed veggies

 

Thursday April 2

Soup: Bouillabaisse of sweet pea & potato

Lunch 1: Roasted tomato, cream cheese & fresh basil on focaccia bread w/ savoury slaw

Lunch 2: Chicken pesto pasta with crostini

 Dinner 1: Beef & Broccoli Asian noodle stir fry w/ Chinese lettuce salad & wontons

Dinner: Sun-dried tomato pesto pork loin w/ potatoes & veggies

 

Friday April 3

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Classic hoagie w/ soup

Lunch 2:  Greek salad w/ soup

 Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Roast potatoes & veggies

Dinner 2: Salmon saltimbocca w/ pesto potatoes & broccoli
