Tuesday March 17
Soup: Cream of Broccoli soup (It’s Green!)
Lunch 1: Toasted bagel w/ dill cream cheese & cucumber w/greens (Look green again!)
Lunch 2: Sauteed ham, mushroom, tomato & Swiss on baguette w/ Green Soup

Dinner 1: Irish (Beer glazed) Roast Pork, Champ (potato & leek) & broccoli
Dinner 2: Potato & Bean curry w/ wild rice, tomato & green apple chutney w/ naan

Wednesday March 18
Soup: Roasted Red Pepper Bisque
Lunch 1: Club sandwich w/ soup
Lunch 2: Frittatini (think Frittata) w/ small salad

Dinner 1: Pasta w/ roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomato & proscuittto with green salad & garlic bread
Dinner 2: Shrimp Prima Vera w/ linguini aioli, Caesar salad & crostini

Thursday March 19
Soup: French Onion
Lunch 1: Chicken Parmesan
Lunch 2: Warm shrimp salad

Dinner 1: Braised & broiled pork hocks w/ pancetta, new potatoes & vegetables
Dinner 2: Portabello & Proscuitto pasta in pesto cream w/ spinach salad & toasted parmesan loaf

Friday March 20
Soup: Kitchen Sink soup
Lunch 1: Steak sandwich with blue cheese & caramelized onions
Lunch 2: Norwegian salad (toast thins & gravlax)

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Buttery Mashed & veggies
Dinner 2: Red Snapper w/ tomato cilantro salsa, Roasted tomatoes & rice Pilaf
