Dinner 1: Filet o’ Fish w/ lemon caper cream, mixed rice & salad
Dinner 2: Roast beef w/ horseradish jus, roast carrots & potatoes

Tuesday February 10
Soup: Seafood Chowder
Lunch 1: Sesame & honey soy beef salad
Lunch 2: Chicken pesto pasta w/ crostini

Dinner 1: Duck a l’orange w/ wild rice & ratatouille
Dinner 2: Braised beef w/ tomato, onion & brandy, spiced potatoes & Oyster sauced carrots

Wednesday February 11    Cut off for Valentine’s day menu- reserve before 4pm
Soup: Herbed Tomato Vegetable
Lunch 1: Chicken Caesar w/ garlic bread
Lunch 2: Western Omelet w/ salad

Dinner 1: Sausage & veggie skillet w/ creamy polenta & salad
Dinner 2: Eggplant, potato & lentil curry w/ Romaine salad

Thursday February 12
Soup: Hearty beef Veggie
Lunch 1: Bacon mushroom & onion quiche w/ greens
Lunch 2: Julienne salad (Ham & cheese) w/ soup & roll

Dinner 1: Roast chicken Provencal w/ basil aioli pasta & salad
Dinner 2: Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, roasted tomato salad & bread

Friday February 13

Lunch 1: Italian sausage on a bun w/ market salad
Lunch 2: Eggplant parmesan sandwich w/ soup

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, roast onion mashed & mixed greens
Dinner 2: Tandoori Shrimp Skewers w/ mahogany rice & spiced carrots
