Dinner 1: Shrimp in saffron cream, market salad & crostini

Dinner 2: Braised Wild Boar ragout w/ sticky rice & butternut squash

Tuesday February 3

Soup: Tomato, fennel & gruyere cheese

Lunch 1: Monte Cristo sandwich

Lunch 2: Waldorf salad with soup

 

Dinner 1: Coq au vin w/ buttery mashed potatoes and fresh greens

Dinner 2: Thai Fish curry dal w/ fried beet salad & naan bread

 

Wednesday February 4

Soup: Chinese egg drop

Lunch 1: Steak & Brie sandwich

Lunch 2: Risotto con fungi w/ green salad

 

Dinner 1: Japanese beef on Soba noodles w/ marinated vegetable won tons

Dinner 2: Perogies w/ onions, sour cream & bacon (or not), mixed greens & bread

 

Thursday February 5

Soup: Celeriac & potato puree

Lunch 1: Classic Gyro sandwich

Lunch 2: Marinated hearts of palm salad with toasts

 

Dinner 1: Garfield Lasagna (meat sauce) market salad & garlic toast

Dinner 2: Duck Confit w/maple onion & bacon compote w/ potato

 

Friday February 6

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Pulled pork Po’ boy sandwich

Lunch 2: Fish-wich

 

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, scalloped potatoes & veggies

Dinner 2: Scallops Milanese w/ wild rice & stewed peppers
