Lunch 2: Spicy shrimp on greens

                                         

 Dinner 1: Pork loin w/ dried fruits and walnuts, mashed yams & salad

Dinner 2: Homemade gnocchi with bacon & cream w/spinach salad & crostini

Soup: Spicy Chili & Cheese

Lunch 1: Toasted tomato sandwich with soup

Lunch 2: Buffalo chicken wrap

 

Dinner 1: 1 ½ pounds Wings w/salad & garlic toast

Dinner 2: Beer braised wild boar shank w/herbed potatoes & mashed carrot

 

Friday January 30

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Grilled Cheese with soup

Lunch 2: Chef’s Salad with soup

 

Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Roasted Garlic mashed & brussel sprouts

Dinner 2: 1 Lb mussels provincial w/ potato cakes and endive salad
