Lunch 1: Roasted Veggie Lasagna w/ sm. salad

Lunch 2: Chicken Caesar Salad

 

Dinner 1: Eggplant Parmesan w/ pasta aioli and garlic toast

Dinner 2: Chicken Calypso (strawberry sauce) w/ roasted potatoes & seasoned veggies

 

Tuesday January 20

Soup: Creamy tomato basil

Lunch 1: Perogies w/ onions, sour cream & bacon (or not)

Lunch 2: Orange Ginger Beef salad

                                         

Dinner 1: Stewed Beef provincial w/ whipped potatoes & bread

 Dinner 2: Poached Salmon filet w/ green pepper puree, Rice & salad

 

Wednesday January 21

Soup: Curried Carrot

Lunch 1: Pastrami on Rideau Bakery Rye w/ Beer mustard

Lunch 2: Caramelized Onion & mushroom Quiche & salad

 

Dinner 1: Beef Stroganoff w/ mixed greens & warm Rye

Dinner 2: Spicy Japanese style Stir-fry on rice noodles & Sprout salad

 

Thursday January 22

Soup: Hearty Chicken Noodle

Lunch 1: Chicken Caesar Wrap

Lunch 2: 4 Cheese Pasta bake w/ garlic toast

                                    

Dinner 1: Venison Chili w/ julienne salad and rolls

Dinner 2: Pasta Carbonara w/ spinach salad & crustinis

 

Friday January 23- Grand Opening “Taste Drive12-4pm – try before you buy,        yummy samples and a huge selection of new products!

Lunch 1: Meatball Sub

Lunch 2: Curried Chicken Salad

                                   

 Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Roasted Onion mashed & veggies
