Please note: due to increase in demand we recommend you call ahead, throughout the week, for dinner orders in particular.  Lunches are usually ready to grab in about 5 minutes where dinners take an average of 15 minutes.    Thanks for the tremendous support!

Lunch 2: Sausage and Tomato Pasta

 

     Dinner 1: Braised Pork Chops in cream with mushrooms, Steamed rice &  Maple carrots 

     Dinner 2: Shrimp Pasta in tomato sauce with greens & bread

 

Tuesday January 13

Soup: Creamy Mushroom and Roasted Onion

Lunch 1: Chicken Salad on light Rye

Lunch 2: Spinach & Mandarin salad with Rye croutons

                                         

       Dinner 1: Pan seared Salmon with wilted greens & Polenta cake

       Dinner 2: Pasta Puntanesca with sausage and green salad

 

Wednesday January 14

Soup: Stracciatella

Lunch 1: Grilled Chicken and Green salad w/ honey mustard dressing

Lunch 2: Salisbury steak sandwich with blue cheese

 

          Dinner 1: Cheesy Meatloaf, whipped Potatoes and mixed greens

          Dinner 2: Grilled veggie lasagna with Caesar and Garlic bread

 

Thursday January 15

Soup: Creamy Squash Bisque

Lunch 1: Chef’s salad & Soup

Lunch 2: Crusty bread meatloaf & mozzarella sandwich

                                   

             Dinner 1: Duck Confit w/balsamic glaze, seared cornbread squares & peas

             Dinner 2: Risotto Milanese with Caesar and bread

 

Friday January 16

Soup: Kitchen Sink soup

Lunch 1: Medium rare Roast Beef sandwich w/horseradish mayo

Lunch 2: Ploughman’s lunch

                                   

      Dinner 1: Friday Night Ribs, Roasted Onion mashed & veggies                                                                    

      Dinner 2: Curried Moussaka Dal aloo w/ homemade Sag paneer
